CPC began servicing the Mid- Atlantic in 2014. We are currently supporting multiple clients’ needs ranging from small to mid-tier IT Enterprises to some of the largest IT Organizations in the Baltimore-DC-Northern Virginia market and around the country.

Sr. Business Development Manager
We are seeking someone who… Knows the “ins and outs” of the IT Staffing Business and has a minimum of 8 years of Successful Direct Sales Experience in the IT Staffing Industry.Is confident in your ability and have a proven history of leveraging existing IT Staffing business relationships to create lucrative and lasting sales opportunities for yourself and our firm.
Is adept at identifying new IT Staff Augmentation / Contract / Contract to Hire and Direct Hire business opportunities, relationships, and prospects as well as engaging, partnering with, and delivering a high level of Solution-Oriented Customer Service to existing clients.
Is willing to “Own the Client Relationship” while driving the Sales and Delivery cycle. Managing client expectations with a focus on delivering effective results to customers.
Excels at leveraging relationships with on-site consulting staff while supporting the needs of entire team with a focus on
creating business opportunities and success.
Wants to be part of the fabric of a growing organization with open ended earning potential, uncapped possibility, and an opportunity to “have a seat at the table”, where your voice matters.
Has a high desire to and takes great personal pride in creating success for yourself.
This position is 100% remote and requires a self-starter who can operate independently while remaining engaged with Sales Leadership and Recruiting Team. We do like to get together as a team occasionally and must be able to go out and see a
client or consultants in-person.
We offer a competitive base salary, open-ended commission, Health benefits and generous leave structure.
